Preperation of Ginseng
Ginseng can be used in many food recipes. In China blanched ginseng is a delicacy served at exclusive restaurants.
In this section we have chosen some good recipes. It is easy and simple to use fresh ginseng in salads. One merely slices ginsengroot in thin slices, just as one would with carrots.
Dried ginseng is soaked in water, and can then be shredded or mashed.
